Really cool to see the return of the boxed set!
While dropping all of the rather superfluous flavours next to powerpack seemed like an obvious and sensible thing to do, I always thought cancelling the boxed sets completely were a mistake.
After all, I suspect many of the buyers of these are just as much, or maybe even much more the really true fans than just customers. I suspect many buying the boxed sets, buy them to support their favourite distribution and getting something to hold in their hands for it, the practical use of the main product might be considered the additional benefit rather than vice versa.
)
Also with Mandriva being the only (major) distribution (AFAIK) these days selling such products for the home users, it’s something that sets it a part.
Cool thing to see it’s return!
